Consular Outreach

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is pleased to announce that it will provide consular services at the locations and on dates indicated below.  Services to be offered are Philippine passport application, legalization of documents (affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, other legal instruments), Civil Registry (reports of births, marriages and deaths) and Dual Citizenship application.

Kababayans are advised to visit www.philippinessanfrancisco.org to download the forms and check the requirements.

Capturing of photos will be done on-site by the Consulate personnel.  Some reminders:

EYEGLASSES/CONTACT LENSES

Eyeglasses should always be removed before capturing the applicant’s photo.

Applicants are also advised to take off their contact lenses before having their photos captured.

EARS SHOULD BE VISIBLE

As much as possible, both ears of the applicant should be visible.

EARRINGS/HAIR ACCESSORIES

These accessories should be removed prior to photo capturing. Frizzy/afro hairstyles should be neatly arranged showing full frontal facial image.

For men, wearing earrings is not allowed.

Kababayans are also advised that the Philippine Consulate General only accepts cash, money order, bank draft, or cashier’s checks (made payable to the Philippine Consulate General) for the services rendered.
