28/07/2017: Applicants who require mailing services must bring their own self-addressed envelopes

ANNOUNCEMENT ON MAILING SERVICES

This is to inform the public that applicants who wish to have their new passports, consularized document, or dual citizenship papers mailed to their addresses must submit a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) upon application.

Stamped envelopes can no longer be purchased at the Consulate.

The Consulate recommends buying with tracking numbers to ensure your document's safety, such as the USPS Priority Mail Express Envelopes.

Self-addressed envelopes may be purchased at any courier service shop, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and the like.
