18/05/2017: SAN FRANCISCO PCG HOLDS LAST CONSULAR OUTREACH IN WASHINGTON FOR 2017

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco concluded its last consular outreach mission in the states of Washingon on 12-15 May 2017 at the Everett Public Schools Community Resource Center.

The ten-person team was led by Consul Carlyn A. Monastrial, Team Leader and Signing Officer; Collecting Officer Jaime Bilar; ePassport Officers Dianne Sarmago and Celine Lopez; Legal/Civil Registry Officer Erwin Gret; Dual Citizenship Officer Juancho Rillo, Pre-processing Officer Ronald Mantaring, Driver/Releasing Officer Rey Sambitan, and VRM Operators John Logarta and Angelica Sison.

The Consular Outreach team was able to provide a total of 2,341 services in it’s three and a half days of operation, processing 381 passport renewals, one (1) travel document, eight (8) lost passports, seven (7) authentications, 115 acknowledgements and certifications, 16 Reports of Marriage, and 14 Reports of Birth.  95 persons availed of Dual Citizenship services, with seven (7) minor derivative.

The VRM Operators were able to process 292 new registrations and 19 changes of address in the course of the weekend.

The outreach mission to Everett was organized by by Mr. Eddie and Mrs. Ellen Abellera through Fil-Am REACT, co-sponsored by the Coalition of Filipino American Organizations, the Seattle Mabuhay Lions, and the Filipino American Seniors Association of Sohomish County.
