PCG-SF "CONSULATE ON WHEELS" GOES TO SEATTLE, WA.
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco will conduct a consular outreach mission in Seattle, Washington on June 24-26, 2011.
When: June 24, 25 and 26, 2011 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Time: beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Where: Filipino Community of Seattle (FCS) Center

A large volume of applicants is expected, please see FCS website fcseattle.org or call (206) 722-9372 for schedule/appointment arrangements. (Other schedules for Seattle are on September 2-4 and November 18-20.)

Passport applicants are no longer required to bring photographs since they will have their pictures taken using ePassport data capturing machines at the outreach site. However, they still need to bring other necessary requirements, such as their current passport, the passport application form (which may be downloaded from the Consulate website), an application fee of $60.00 and a self-addressed stamped (Express Mail with tracking number) envelope, or a prepaid courier envelope, with their application. Please submit photocopies of the supporting documents (e.g. for passport applications submit a photocopy of the passport data/photopage).
